RESUMO (Português)

Título sugerido: Psicanálise Aplicada à Inteligência Estratégica: Gestão de Perfis, Soberania Cognitiva e Unidade de Comando.

Resumo: Este trabalho apresenta a fundamentação teórica e prática da Psicanálise aplicada ao contexto da Segurança Pública e das Instituições Militares. O estudo aborda a transição da fenomenologia clínica para a Inteligência Comportamental, oferecendo ferramentas para a identificação de Transtornos de Personalidade (Narcisismo, Antissocial, Borderline) como riscos operacionais. Explora-se o conceito de Padrão de Desordem Afetiva (PDA) e a dicotomia entre a "Realidade Virtual" do trauma e a "Realidade Circundante" da missão. A obra estabelece protocolos de "Reset Operacional" e o combate à vitimização como requisitos para a manutenção da Unidade de Comando. Conclui-se que a Soberania Cognitiva do Oficial é o alicerce para a liderança eficaz, permitindo a neutralização de passivos emocionais e a otimização da resiliência tática em ambientes de alta pressão.

Abstract: This work establishes the theoretical and practical framework of Psychoanalysis within the context of Public Security and Military Institutions. The study addresses the transition from clinical phenomenology to Behavioral Intelligence, providing tools for identifying Personality Disorders (Narcissistic, Antisocial, Borderline) as operational risks. It explores the concept of the Affective Disorder Pattern (ADP) and the dichotomy between the "Virtual Reality" of trauma and the "Surrounding Reality" of the mission. The text defines "Operational Reset" protocols and the mitigation of victimhood as essential requirements for maintaining the Unity of Command. It concludes that the Officer’s Cognitive Sovereignty is the foundation for effective leadership, enabling the neutralization of emotional liabilities and the optimization of tactical resilience in high-pressure environments.

Ela se manifesta em três dimensões fundamentais:

Dimensão Semântico-Judiciária: O uso do vernáculo jurídico e do latim (como Modus Operandi e Corpus Delicti) que transforma o fato bruto em prova legal, conferindo Soberania ao inquérito presidido pelo Delegado.

Dimensão Operacional (Codificada): O emprego de códigos (Código Q) e do Alfabeto Fonético Internacional (Mike, Charlie, Delta), projetados para eliminar a ambiguidade em ambientes de alto estresse e garantir a velocidade na transmissão de ordens.
